Any support ticket and request is automatically linked to your personal support account based on the e-mail address.
- How to access support tickets and requests?
Solution:
If you want to access your support tickets and requests, you have to be logged-into your account. All tickets can be accessed by an overview list then.
- Use the "Sign in" link to log-in by your e-mail address (same as in use by your tickets) and your password.
- If you are logged in, click on your account name.
- Select the menu item "My activities".
- All your requests are present in a list.
- Click on the column header "Created" or "Last activity" to sort the list.
- Click on the column header "Created" or "Last activity" to sort the list.
- If you click on the "Subject" title of a request, the complete queue and content of the request is shown.
- It is possible to add an additional comment at the end of the request.
- If the request status has been already closed (because there was no further action since some time) it is possible to create a new ticket referring to the original ticket number by clicking the link "create a follow up".
- It is possible to add an additional comment at the end of the request.
